I paid for and downloaded and album from musicmatch. I put the songs into my windows media player and then tried to copy them to a blank cd. A prompt showed up that said, "Windows Media Player has encountered an unknown error".
I was able to do this a week ago with some single songs that I downloaded and paid for.
