I'm receiving this error when trying to burn a cd. I looked on this site and saw replies to this same issue, I went to the site http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html#xpcdburn
and followed the instructions and it still doesn't work. I tried a system restore (I'm running XP) back to the date before it stopped working but that didn't work. I also tried to reinstall the driver and again no luck. What can you suggest? What if I stripped the laptop down to it's orginal state when I first purchased it will this work?????
