I'm sorry if I offended you. I'm just casually strolling thru here for the first time (only neccesitated by my *upgrade* to WMP 9), & I cannot believe all the various problems ppl are having. I assumed by your name that it was an official moderator, and your request of someone seeking help - your request to first offer help! ? .. is still a bit absurd to me.
anyway,I reviewed the error msg and it was in fact a typo - s/b error "C00D11D4".

Is that something anyone can help with?
