Let's see, in OE's sent items folder for *today* it is showing that I have
replied to *233* messages. I would say just a few people get help around
here. About 80% of those people don't want the help. They want a
one-stop-shop to fix their problems, without providing any sort of context
about the problem.

Add to that error "C00D114" is not a valid error code. It must be *8*
hexadecimal characters, if I can count right, yours is only *7*. So, either
learn how to type correctly, or don't expect any help!

This is a peer support newsgroup. Not a Chris supported, nor Zach support,
not a Miceosoft supported group, it's a peer support. For people with
attitude such as yourself, you can pay $35 for phone/email support, or be
courteous to the people giving there *personal time* to help.

I'm glad to help those who know how-to be courteous and provide the needed
context to try and fix the problem. People like you, I ignore most of time.
So the question you should be asking is "Why was I so stupid to make that
comment about the guys who help here", b/c now my chance of them helping me
are slim-to-none."

Before posting again, you need to read
http://www.nwlink.com/~zachd/pss/pss.html#netiquette for a few hours. If
you can't figure out what all of that means, then ask Product Support for
help, and pay them your $35. After you pay, you will need to provide the
correct error code to them.

I have no obligation to post here at all. I can answer as few questions as
I like, or as many as I like. Having "Microsoft" behind my name means
nothing. I love helping others, so I post here. It was nice for others
(Zach, Chris, Andy, etc) to take notice of my posting (and to help me learn)
but there is no reason *anyone* has to post here.

The only reason I begin helping here was b/c I (and many others) where
directing people from the Windows XP newsgroups to here for questions about
WMP. I ended up having a question myself, so I subscribed to the group. It
wasn't until then I had realized Zach was the *main* source of replies. So
instead of forgetting about it, i decided to help him out.

So, again, either change your attitude, or whip out your credit card and
spend $35 for support. The choice is yours.
