That certificate error that you're experiencing has me curious:
Are you up to date according to
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
? I'm suspecting that either you have not installed the certificate update
available there, or that your system clock is set wrong. Most probably the
former, since the time attached to your post seems correct. =)
