Hi,

I'm not really sure where money plays into this. This is a peer support
group, meaning your peer (I.e users of the software) provide free support.
No one gets paid for answering questions here. If that was meant to be
directed at Zach, he Development Lead on the WM team. His position, nor
anyone else at Microsoft implies that they post in any newsgroup. Zach,
Chris, and Andy are a few MS employees that will post here in their spare
time. Microsoft has many places where you may suggest a feature and/or get
help with the product.

wrong?!?

Again, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by that. Error c00d11cd is
"Unknown Error" In order to get it fixed you must supply useful context of
the exact problem you have. If you look at the people who supply the
needed content to get help, and not use off color language in the process
they get their questions answered or replied to very nicely. Hell, i don't
even work for the company, I don't work at all. But I have learn in my
short time here that getting a question answered or replied to will NOT
happen if you lead into your post with...."any Microsoft f**kers wanna help
us out or what?!?"
