Pls help! still missing msdxm.ocx

Hi,
I have followed your suggestion, but
still cannot solve the problems, I am
using Windows 98 2nd edition:

Goto Start>>Run>>Type "regsvr32.exe
msdxm.ocx" -Enter.

it pops up an error message:
LoadLibrary("msdxm.ocx")failed
GetLastError returns 0x00000485

Pls advise how to solve it?
