I've saved a video from the web (Saved by 'Save Target As') but when I open
it to play it it tells me 'Class not registered'. So I clicked 'web help'
and it told me I'd encountered message error 80040154. If anyone can
explain to me how this can be fixed so I can watch saved videos then that
would be appreciated...
