My PC will not boot into Windows 98SSE with Windows Media
Player 9 and Nero 5.5 installed. Not even after blocking
the Roxio burn plug-in from installing with the
AdaptecBlock registry key. I deleted all remaining Adaptec
folders in the registry and under C:\Program Files. The PC
still will not boot if the CD / CDR drives are connected.
How can I get rid of this driver conflict and keep Windows
Media Player 9 and Nero 5.5 installed ?
