I have Windows Media Player 11 installed on my system, and have used it

install WMP 9 or higher to view their VOD content.
Any suggestions?
Yes, contact the site webmaster.
Their code is mistaken in requiring WMP9, because it's probably
checking for version = 9 rather than version >= 9 (which 10 and 11
are). Alternatively they may be checking the 1st character of the
version string, and getting 1 for WMP10 & 11
WMP10 and 11 support all the features of WMP9 plus a few more.
Presumably they've had lots of complaints from WMP10 users, but have
done nothing to fix their code.
Post the site URL and I can check what code they're using to test the
player version to be sure.
