WMP10 needs a newer type of MPEG decoder.
You'll need to purchase one unfortunately.

WMP10 already includes a MPEG decoder which is limited to 2MBit/s. Same
for WMP9, so if it worked in before, I really wonder if every MPEG video
he tried has such a large bitrate.
