Not really - it depends where you live !!! I'm in the UK and Telewest
usually seem quite good. NTL are apparently rubbish. Most of the
broadband providers here are in an "arms war" and keep bumping up
their data rates for download, while keeping the prices the same.
Which is a good thing (c)
