Yes, it does. I'm afraid you're out of luck - you cannot play live
video (240 kbps) down a dialup pipe (often about 40kbps or less)
Your only option is to use a download manager or right-click the link
and choose "Save-As", save the file not in realtime, then watch it
when it's all downloaded. Or, upgrade to ADSL/Broadband cable ?
