Re: Media Player glitch in Windows 2000 Pro



Hmm well as I said on Zachs site it says

Control Panel-->Multimedia-->Audio-->Advanced Properties (this is the
"Sound and Multimedia" control panel on Win2k) and turn down Hardware
Acceleration

So I looked at that on a couple of Win2k systems and a couple of XP
systems and it was there (actually on XP it's in the same place as
Win2000, under Control Panel --> Sound and Multimedia).

So I can only assume your sound card is very basic or very very old if
it doesn't offer those options.
