So was the server too busy ?
Do you have too many programs running which interfere with allocation
of enough resources to run the stream ?
It looks pretty explanatory to me, but as you've not posted any helpul
information about the circumstances in which it happens (A web
address, what programs you're running at the same time, your system
configuration etc) I can only assume you're not that bothered about
reaching an answer ;-))
