I use Firefox and have no problem watching the videos. I have also
tried with Safari and both work fine. I have the Flip4Mac plugin and
have never really needed to download anything else. It just seems to
work. So, if you're using Safari or Firefox, I can't see why it
wouldn't work.
Take care... Ryan

The problem is not really the format they use for the videos themselves.
When you try to open a page for a video, they run a scripts that detects
your settings. The script is obviously at fault here and it
automatically redirects you to the Troubleshooting page without ever
even attempting to load the video.
You'll have to write them to tell them there is a problem with their
script :-\
