Windows Media Player won't launch

bro im looking for the same answer.. lol.

microsoft support is a joke, i spoke to them & they said it
was a mac fault & vice versa.. mine worked fine for 2-3
months & then BAM.. it all locked up.

reinstalled & got the same prob, spoke to mac again & got
redirected to india of all places, the phone line was so
bad & even the though the support guy helped a little the
prob hasnt gone away, apparently there gonna put out a new
version - maybe best to wait until then unless someone has
a solution that we can all understand... please :(
