Problems setting up PULL from Windows Media Encoder x64 Edition

I'm on a Vista x64 machine.

Until a couple of days ago WME was operating fine. Yesterday a network
error forced me to reset my router.

WME used to give me a direct connection URL for internet that was my ip
address.

Now it shows "http://OWNER-PC:8080/"; for BOTH the Internet and the LAN
connections.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to repair this? Thanks.
