Oh, you mean you can't hear what the encoder's encoding ?
That's normal - you might otherwise experience feedback if using a Mic
or other audio device. You haven't said but reading between the lines,
the video produced by the encoding process does have audio right ?

i have latest driver installed from ATI's website.------------------------------------------------
If i use standalone software everything works fine; just no audio during
encoder or after trying all options and checking through client machine.
I also tried to capture audio video and save to hard drive but still no luck

I have new HDTV wonder card on XP
using media encoder 9
input is coaxial analog channel
using two different application i am able to watch and listen
but when i use encoder i can only encode video; i dont see any audio; i only
have two options in audio section one is something like "WAV" and other
"Realteck"; i tried both and even without but still no luck
It sounds like the TV card doesn't supply a driver with a separate
interface for audio. Are there updated drivers available for it ?
