Try to keep the bitrate lower for streaming, say 48-64kbps.

There's no concept of "streaming" from a web server, it's a common
misunderstanding. It's actually a long term download of a file via the
users browser (cache), though many players can begin to play the file
before it's completely downloaded because of the way they're designed.
