Encoder Not Working With Router After Latest MS Security Fix

Suddenly I am unable to get broadcasts from WME. I have a router but I
have it configured using the Virtual Server application to work with
WME and port 8080. It worked fine last week. Now even on my local PC
that I'm encoding with, I can only get the broadcast if I use the local
NAT address. When I enter the router's public address I get the
"network error" dialog box. I have even set my router to pass all ports
through to my pc (using the DMV option) and it still doesn't work. The
only thing I can think of is I recently installed the latest security
patch from MS, though that may only be a coincidence.

Is anyone else having this problem?
