What did you mean " What format is the file in"?
The file is made by Torrent VCG, the device which archives and bradcast
H.323 videoconferences. It writes to I file audio and video, audio is G.711
and video I.263. The extention is .wmv. What is interesting that when I use
an encoder wizard to convert file, encoder converts it withuot problem. But
when I manualy configure convert session then Encoder shows the message that
there is no audio codec installed on this system.
