Shifting Audio

Hi,
I have recorded a wmv file using Media Encoder, and the audio is out of sync
with the video. I knew this would happen (an issue with the source).
Is it possible using Media Encoder (or the Stream Editor) to shift the audio
in relation to the video? I know this is possible using any number of other
tools, but I want to keep the whole process solely within Media Encoder if
possible.
Alternatively, if this is not possible, is it possible if I know the source
audio is not in sync with the video to delay the capture of one or the other
by a set amount to bring them into line?
My situation is recording from a source where the sound is in front of the
video by approximately one second, there is nothing I can do about this.
Any help most appreciated.
.
