Broadcasting for TV station

I have to broadcast the video from any DV camera for local TV station

*This project scenario is same like opening your public TV Channel...*

I have successfully completed 1st and 2nd point given below problem is in
3rd point..

1) System *A* uses Windows Media Encoder 9.0 to capture the the video/Audio
from DV camera and broadcast it on particular port of the system successfully.

2) On the other hand system *B* receive the audio/video transmission of
System *A* and play it on media player successfully.

3) Now I have to forward this transmission audio and video both from system
*B* toward the switcher which is connected with system *B* at Composite port
or Firewire port so that i can broadcast the audio and Video toward TV
station (How should I do that........?????) If i can able to transmit
audio/video at firewire port or composite port of system *B* I think my
problem will be solved but how should I do that :(

please help me regarding 3rd point
