Well, I've tried to disable the hyper tread technology in the BIOS. The
result was terrible. On the first second of encoding, CPU usage jumped to
the 100% and RAM usage jumped to the 680Mb. So I've decided to enable HP in
the BIOS so then CPU usage went to the 55% and RAM lowered to the 350Mb. I
can agree that HP technology is useless in windows 2000 and 2000 server
but not in XP. Also I tried to run Windows 2003 server on the same machine,
and I have little bit better result then XP pro OS. Win 2003 server also
utilizing HP technology as an XP, but win 2003 server draw less memory
during encoding. Look like XP experiencing memory leakage problem on some
processes.
Thank you all for respond.
