Yikes... There are over 100 items listed by MPC.

Would ArcSoft Shobiz conflict with Elecard MPEG Driver? I uninstalled, but it looks like some .ax
and .dll files were not removed in the process. Uninstalled Realplayer, etc.

Also have Dazzle HW, VideoWave4, DVD Creator, etc. that cam with my Dell Movie Studio 2 package, and
I am afraid that if I get too carried away uninstalling and unregistering stuff I'll never get them
    working again.

Wouldn't it be nice if WME could simply let you know what filters/drivers, etc. were being usedm and
even let you ignore them (ala MPC).

I've learned a lot -- also found a great web resources at:
    http://www.microsoftusernetwork.com/zarax/dvd/dvd00.htm
    http://www.microsoftusernetwork.com/zarax/tutorials/index.htm

and am going through them.... stay tuned!

    Thanks,
    Tom
