Nannette-
Excel is a spread*** program. It can open files in several other
formats, but it is not a true database.
At worst, you may need to use the old computer to Save your database
files As a format that a program on your new computer can read. If you
can be a bit more specific about which program(s) created the old files,
it may be possible to suggest alternatives.
