Help me please with my iMac PowerPC G3 400 MHz 256 megs mem

Hi I am new to iMac. I have a power pc g3 400mz 256 megs mem os version
9.2.2. Can I upgrade to OS 10 on this machine? I cant seem to upgrade to
a new browser. I have internet explorer 5 but thats all and not much will
work. It also has netscape 4.7 and not much workes on there either, can I
upgrade it on 9.2? I cant download Safria either. It says I need os 10 or
above. I do not want to spend money on mac os 10 if it wont work on this
