To a large extent that's a matter of opinion. Some people prefer Mail, some
people prefer Entourage.

Note that Mail doesn't do RSS or newsgroups, Entourage doesn't do RSS.

If you give a better idea of your needs and habits, you may get more input
on which program would better suit your needs.
