You want to check out the various comp.sys.mac groups, including:

comp.sys.mac.comm - for communications-related discussions (including
web browsers and mail clients)

comp.sys.mac.apps - for all Mac applications (which can also include web
browsers and mail clients)

comp.sys.mac.system - for discussion of the Mac OS itself
