No. You can adjust the settings to match your precise situation, but in your
case, from the source of you message, it seems OK:
   Subject: Message Dates/Times out of sync...
   Date: Sun, 14 Mar 2004 11:30:00 -0900

But there's nothing you can do if the sender hasn't set his computer time
zone as he should. Except letting him know and hope he'll set it.

As I see you're using Entourage, you can change the settings in order to
display the "Received" column ("View" Menu, "Columns" item) and sort on that
column rather than "Sent"...
