You're only option at this point is a cheap PC or a MacPro with Bootcamp
or Parallels. They just updated Parallels to recognize USB 2.0.

This issue really doesn't have anything to do with USB. Quite simply,
Blackberry is not compatible with VPC. Check the blackberry forums at

Use a USB to Serial adapter (There are a lot of posts on which one to
use and how to set it up).
