Go here: http://www.essjae.com/VPC/default.htm
There you will find one floppy image with the drivers to install win 98 ( I
have used to install 95 also) . Start your virtual machine with the floppy
and then insert your win98/95 cd.
For dos system I have no know-how

Hi. Can we create a DOS machine on VPC for Mac v.7.0.1, and install
MS-DOS? And then install older Windows such as Win95 or Win98 after
booting the DOS machine? Thanks in advance.

should work as long as you know how to set up DOS to work with the CD
drive (i.e. setting up MSCDEX driver, etc.).
