True, it has no CURRENT affect on the Mac version. We'll have to wait
and see if there's any announcment at some later stage ... maybe, maybe
not.
If Microsoft are giving VirtualPC away to Windows users, but making Mac
users pay for it, then someone is almost certainly going to start
kicking up a fuss about it ... especially in America where they can sue
just because someone breathes in the wrong way.
It seems sensible that either Microsoft will also give away the Mac
version as well, or the Mac version is about to be killed off
completely.
The news about the licensing of Vista is a different matter. According
to that, if you buy Vista you can use it on up to four virtualisations,
meaning you con install it for both Parallels (for quick Windows use)
and Boot Camp (for greater compatibility).
