Again - useless advice. Those solutions you suggest have nothing to do
with the problem. Fortunately I discovered the solution (which I
posted in another thread) and it's not even remotely close to what you
suggest. Neither is it remotely close to the plethora of generic
advice I received on this topic. I was amazed at how many people were
convinced they had a solution for a problem that they knew nothing
about. Not a single person who replied actually encountered this
situation, but strangely enough, they all considered themselves
"experts" who could solve my problem.
