Performance difference from 1.25 G4 to 1.67 G4

I have a G4 Powerbook (1.25GHz, 1.25 GB RAM) running Virtual PC and I
believe it runs slower than the 1.5GHz Powerbook with 1 GB RAM.

How much faster could I expect Virtual PC to run on a 1.67 GHz machine?
I'm trying to determine if it would be worth the investment.

Does anyone have any info on how the Mac processor speed affects
Virtual PC performance?

Thanks

.
