You have an OEM version of Windows. It's unlikely you'll be able to
install it in VPC, since most OEMs have software mechanisms to prevent
this, usually the installation program looks for specific hardware
BIOS information. Also, a recovery cd is very different than a retail
OS cd, which is what you need to use the VM container from my website.
It's also a licensing violation to use OEM software on any other
computer than the one it was purchased with.

Yes. You can't mount a floppy image as a cd image. You would mount
it as a floppy disk. You can do this via the drive menu, or if you
enable the tray icon for the floppy drive, you can drag and drop it
there.
