Re: OS X crash - Spotlight?



Thanks Paul. I will give it a go. I hadn't looked at the Spotlight privacy settings (System Preferences/Spotlight/Privacy) until now. I will add a few other folders that never need indexing as well - including the external hard drive I use for backup purposes and video editing.

BTW, MS and Apple are working on it and the fix will come in an Apple
