VPC 7, Server 2003 and Keyboard (or maybe not) Issue

I had no problems with the VPC7 install, and I can run a XP Pro virtual
machine fine, but I need to use Server 2003 and although the install appears
to have worked correctly, I can't get into the machine, because it asks me to
hit ctrl+alt+del, and it just wont work.
I tried changing the "backwards del" button that doesnt exist to F12, and
that wont work either. I'm thinking its because my 12" APB has the incomplete
keyboard, and was considering going out and buying a cheap keyboard, but it
appears that there are other VPC7 keyboard issues, just not the one im
having.. anyway, any suggestions would be great.
