Thanks for the tips. However, backing up the image file is not quite the
same as backing up the CONTENTS of the image file. The latter must be done
within Windows. I am wondering whether the Norton 'Ghost' utility would be
useful for this purpose.

I finally had to give up on Windows Me when I found myself spending more
time recovering from crashes than getting work done. And if you have a
program that uses Crystal Reports, you are in real trouble, even with
Microsoft's Unicode patch.

Incidentally, I'm one of those stick-in-the-muds that is still using OS 9.2.2.
