The original posting (and previously several other posters postings) came
from a powerbook user.
Quite often connecting to the wired NIC isnt an option for mobile users.

I'm befuddled why VPC's excuse refers to 802.11 specs when VMWare on the pc
are held by the same
specs and it has no problems working as required on notebooks.
