Hi Len,

This is a very eloquent post that you have presented.

'If' I am correct, both VPC and Windows are functioning properly but your
programs within Windows are not running and are generating error reports.
Correct?

I presume that you have already tried uninstalling and re-installing the
software programs that are generating these reports. However, have you tried
uninstalling the software and then re-installing it in Safe Mode? I would
start there.

I'm sure you can understand that Microsoft cannot be held responsible for
every software program written for the Windows operating system. The number
of programs would be astronomical and even Steve is not smart enough to be
able to support all of them (sorry Steve, had to take a jab there).

If VPC and Windows function, then Microsoft's responsibility has been met.
There are no guarantees beyond that point.
