I don't think it will be that simple since part needs to be done
inside Windows and part needs to be done on the Mac.

There are three basic steps:

1. Defrag
2. Zero
3. Compact

That's all there is to it. Of course 95% of VPC-Mac users wouldn't be
able to figure these steps out without help, hence the reason its
broken down into 20+ steps.
