I believe PartitionMagic can do this to.

Underwhelmed?!? You're running Windows on a Mac via a software
application!
Of course there are issues and limitations, think about whats really
happening. Also, consider how many competitors there are to VPC, no
commercial ones for OS X. This should relay some idea of miracle
thats happening on your Mac!
Anyway...
After you've Ghosted to the new VM, can you boot in Safe Mode?
You may need to repair Windows so it understands whats happened to it.
Keep in mind, Windows doesn't know you've completely change the file
system its sitting on.
