I have posted my PGP keys and created detached signatures for all the
files available. The only problem I've found with regards to the keys
and signatures is that my host, Spymac, seems to wrapping my site within
some sort of scripting action. So, instead of the signatures and keys
being associated with PGP products, all my browsers tell me they're
associated with StuffIt. :(
I've gone ahead and put my keys in .SIT files. Download, decompress, and
load into PGP (perhaps they'll even work with GPG). However, I've simply
run out of time today figuring out how to deal with the .SIG files (the
signatures).
On some tests, the signatures have downloaded with the .SIG extension
intact, but the browsers and/or site scripts have tagged them as StuffIt
files. Obviously, they won't open with StuffIt, so they'll have to be
manually verified with PGP.
On other tests, the download process converted the .SIG to .SIT (so it
appears the file name is xxx.sit.sit). In this case, simply change the
last .SIT back to .SIG and manually verify with PGP.
After I've gotten a few hours sleep, I'll try to tackle this little
"inconvenience" some more. In the meantime, I hope these ad-hoc
instructions will suffice.
