I have also a G5 dual 2ghz mac and run 7.0.1 on it.
It seams to me, that 533 is the glass wall that can't be penetrated.
My machine works this way with 52-55 % CPU usage . Well, VP does not
use all the power that I've got. Maybe a imposed barrier to make us
not to comfortable on the Mac, ore some work on behalf of the
programer. I sure could use more power.
