The Virtual PC on the Mac will be running behind a software NAT router, so
that it shares the IP address of the Mac's internet connection. Therefore,
the VPC will not be visible to any other internet-connected PC. This is the
same situation as with any PC behind any form of NAT router, hardware or
software: they can be clients to other servers on the internet, but cannot
(in general) be servers to any other clients on the internet.
Your VPC will have a private non-routable IP address, maybe in the
192.168.*.* range, and these cannot be accessed from outside the VPC.
