Nope. I'm out of ideas. I'm still sure that the problem has to do with the
fact that the ocx won't register. I googled "Invalid
access to memory location" regsvr32. I got lots of hits but none that came
up with a solution. It's quite possible that some other file didn't register
either. My best suggestion now is to uninstall and then reainstall iPhotos.
If you get an error message while installing, make sure to get a screen
capture.
