Problem connecting to Internet from within Win XP on Virtual PC

Hello,

I've got a problem connecting to internet from Win XP on Virtual PC

Description :
-------------

Browser reports 'web server is found, waiting for reply...' After a while
browser returns it's unable to display the page.

Operation :
-----------
Networking in Virtual PC is enabled and is set to Shared Networking
Internet connection is active on Mac
No other settings were made

Technical facts :
-----------------
Virtual PC version is : 6.1
Mac OS version is : 10.3.5
Macintosh : eMac 1,25 GHz
Memory : 768 Mb DDR SDRAM
Internet Connection: LAN, no proxy

What could be the problem?
