Have you updated your Java Software (the one from Sun). Here is the
link for (green square on the right top of the page):
http://www.java.com/en/index.jsp
because the're two kinds of Java the one from Microsoft which you have
updated with Windows Upadte and the other from Sun. Because Java is
usefull for Internet and also for the devices and especially for all
in one printers and others devices.
Restart the PC after downloading it's compulsory. I don't know
whether this will run your print. If not, Internet will runs better
after.
Have you well installed your new printer with the driver and the
software on Windows ?
